Day out with Underground Ernie - 29th May

During Half-term, Tanya, Marianne, Reuben, Nannie Barrett, Nanna Preece, Ethan, Lara-Mae, Julie, Lewis, Ben, Jayne and Auntie Helen went to Eastleigh Lakeside Country Park to go and see Underground Ernie & friends! We had a lot of fun on the trains, had a picnic and the children played in the park. It was the only sunny day during half-term, so we were really lucky.

Chessington World of Adventures - 1st May 2008

On Thursday 1st May, Tanya, Marianne, Reuben & Nannie Barrett went to Chessington World of Adventures for the day - it was absolutely brilliant. We all went on a lot of rides and Tanya took Marianne on a few on her own. The children were so good. We also went into The Sealife Centre, walked round the zoo and watched the sealion show.

Lucy's 30th Birthday Party - 26th April 2008

It was Lucy's 30th birthday party on Saturday 26th April in 'The Lounge' bar in Godalming - it was fancy dress and we all had an excellent time - some people were a little bit 'worse for wear'!!! Lucy was dressed as 'Miss Massage', Aidan was Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean), David was a cock (no, he really dressed up as a chicken!), I went as a fairy, Naomi and Greg dressed up as the '118 118' guys (really funny), Jayne was a pirate girl, Julie was Mulltisha (the mum in Addams family) and Trevor was a Mexican. Photos attached for you to have a good laugh at!

Spring Holidays

Marianne and Reuben enjoyed spending the Spring holidays with Nannie and were very busy during that period. We particularly enjoyed a nice, sunny day at Littlehampton (Tanya took Marianne on the roller-coaster!!!). Marianne and Tanya also went to the Theatre to see a CBeebies Live Show with Lucy, Ethan, Becky George, Alison, Daniel and Amelia.

FISHERS FARM DAY OUT - 3rd April

Tanya, Marianne & Reuben went to Fishers Farm (nr Billinghurst) for the day with Sarah and Josh and had a fantastic time. I thought I would attach some photos (and a video clip). Marianne went on all the rides (it's great cause she's not afraid to go on anything). She went on the Ghost Train with Josh which scared her a bit and she asked for "Mummy" - ahhh, bless her. She also rode a horse for the first time, which she really enjoyed and Reuben just sat in his pushchair taking it all in!!! Laughing every now and then!!!
